A high level emergency meeting of NC held at Bhaderwah under the chairmanship of its district president Doda and former Minister Khalid Najeeb Suhrawardy here today in which various issues related to Bhaderwah constituency were discussed . Launching a scathing attack on the PDP BJP Government, Khalid Najeeb said government has betrayed the poor people of Bhaderwah whom they exploited during elections by making tall promises that turn out to be just hoax . He said on ground there is zero development in Bhaderwah like other parts of the district Doda which included deteriorating condition of roads , shortage of doctors in hospital , unemployment and unfortunately, the PDP BJP government has only done things that appeal to its core, committed base and has virtually forgotten the large section of people who voted for “development” not “division”.PDP BJP’s biggest promise to the young voter was to create jobs each year and regularization of thousands of workers. But BJP failed to keep that promise. The people had mandated BJP for ‘Ache-Din’ and what they got in return is just a nightmare. He also demanded regular chopper service from Bhaderwah like other parts of the Chenab valley and said Bhaderwah is snow bound area and needs immediate attention .He asked NC workers and leaders of Bhaderwah to reach out to the public in every nook and corner of the constituency and leave no stone unturned to consolidate and strengthen the party at grass root level.Syed Naveed Hashmi district president Youth Doda , Ch Shabir Ahmed , Abdul Quyoom Bhagwan , Gulam Ali Shaksaz , Arif Hussain ,Amjad Mir , Gh Mohd and others also addressed the workers and called for strengthening the hands of Omar Abdullah.
